Planning a long stay at Loi Mansion: a week, a month or longer
Planning a week, a month or a year in Legian? Here is how to choose the right suite by guest count, what the long-stay offers include and how to settle into a routine.
Some trips are counted in nights, others in weeks. If you are planning a week, a month or longer in Legian, Loi Mansion is set up for it: every suite has a kitchen, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, there is parking on site, and the pool, gym and lounge become part of your day. Here is how to plan a longer stay so that it feels like living here rather than passing through.
Choose your suite by guest count
Start with the number of people, then think about how you will use the space from one day to the next.
- Studio, up to 2 guests. A double or twin bed, a kitchen corner, a tea and coffee maker, a bathtub, a smart TV and a terrace with a pool view. Sleep, work and a serving corner share one calm layout, which suits a solo traveller or a couple who work remotely.
- Pavilion, up to 4 guests. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bathtub, a living room, a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, and a terrace over the pool, finished with cool terrazzo floors and warm wooden furniture. It works well for two couples, friends travelling together or a small family.
- Penthouse, up to 6 guests. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a bathtub, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. The choice for a larger family or a group who want one shared home base.
Photos and details of all three are on our suites page.
Kitchens and everyday life
Over a long stay, the kitchen matters more than almost anything else in the suite. The Studio has a kitchen corner and a tea and coffee maker, the Pavilion a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, and the Penthouse a fully equipped kitchen, the best fit if you plan to cook for a group.
For shopping, Trans Studio Mall Bali is about 1.3 km by road. Gojek and Grab cover rides and food delivery, and on days when you would rather not cook, LOI Cafe in the house serves chicken katsu, small plates and coffee. All suites are non-smoking and pets are not allowed, which is worth knowing before you plan a long stay.
What the long-stay offers include
Loi Mansion has packages for different lengths of stay:
- Weekly Package: six nights in a modern suite, with weekly housekeeping.
- Monthly Offer: a month in a modern suite, with weekly housekeeping.
- Yearly Offer: a year in a modern suite, with scheduled housekeeping and a butler available on request.
Each of these includes a kitchen in your suite, access to the pool, gym and lounge, and high-speed internet. For a shorter break, the 3 Days 2 Nights package covers two nights in a spacious suite with the same access. The packages are arranged with our team over WhatsApp, while the nightly Best Available Rates are booked directly on our booking page. The offers page has the details of each one.
Settling into a routine
Long stays work best with a rhythm. The gym is private and modern, so a morning workout is easy to keep up. The pool, with its waterfall wall and loungers, is there for an afternoon swim, and the billiard lounge suits a slow hour with friends. A massage at LOI Spa is worth building into the week: in-house guests receive 20% off every treatment, and advance booking is recommended.
If your stay falls between roughly November and March, Bali's rainy season, keep a few indoor plans ready: the gym, the billiard lounge and a long lunch at LOI Cafe all work well on a wet afternoon. On dry days, Double Six Beach is about 3.6 km by road.
Part of ARM One Hundred
Loi Mansion belongs to ARM One Hundred, the ARM team's small collection of premium properties. If friends or family join you for part of a long stay and want a place of their own nearby, the same ARM team runs The Rooms Apartment in Denpasar, about 2.9 km by road, with studio and two-bedroom apartments around a garden courtyard and pool, for daily and monthly stays.
Once you know your dates and how many of you are coming, send us a message through the contact page, and the reservations team will help you match the right suite to the right package. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00.
